    A/C Condenser Outlet Pipe – Precision Discharge Line ❄️

    This high-pressure outlet pipe links the condenser to the liquid line/receiver, moving cooled refrigerant toward the expansion device. It keeps the A/C loop sealed, stable, and efficient, delivering crisp cabin cooling even in heavy traffic and hot climates.

    Why it’s needed

    Without a tight, heat-resistant discharge line, system pressure drops, moisture can enter, and the compressor works harder, wasting fuel and risking failure.

    How it works

    Formed aluminum tubing with precision flares seats against O-rings, routing liquid refrigerant at high pressure. Anti-corrosion coating and vibration-friendly bends prevent fatigue. Proper torque and fresh seals ensure a leak-free joint.

    When it fails ⚠️

    Poor cooling, hissing, oily residue, short-cycling, high head pressure, and eventual compressor damage. Leaks also allow air/moisture in, forming acids and sludge.

    Tech tips ?

    • Always fit new O-rings, lightly oiled with correct PAG.
    • Evacuate, vacuum 30–45 min, recharge to spec (R134a/R1234yf as applicable).
    • Inspect condenser seats; torque to spec; never overtighten.
