    This solid‑state controller keeps your heater and A/C blower running at the exact speed you select. It replaces old resistor packs with precise electronic control, giving steady airflow, quiet operation, and better comfort ❄️. It’s essential for cars with automatic climate control where smooth fan steps are required.

    Why it’s needed

    It regulates current to the blower motor, prevents overloads, and communicates with the A/C panel to deliver accurate fan speed. Proper airflow also protects the evaporator and ensures fast defogging.

    How it works

    The climate ECU sends a small control signal. The module modulates the ground path to the blower using a power transistor (PWM). A heat sink on the back sheds heat; good contact and clean ducts keep it reliable.

    If it’s failing ⚠️

    Fan stuck on high or low, no fan at all, random speed jumps, blown fuses, hot smell or melted plug. Poor airflow causes slow defrost, foggy glass, weak A/C, and extra stress on the blower.
