Front Left Fender Mudguard for Toyota Van
Why this part is needed
This guard shields the front left wheel arch and lower fender from stones, mud, salt, and water. It reduces paint chipping, keeps the door step cleaner, and slows rust on seams and brackets. In rain, it cuts wheel spray, improving visibility for you and nearby traffic.
How it works
Made from impact-resistant molded plastic, it mounts to the arch lip and lower fender using OE clip points and screws. Its curved profile deflects debris outward and channels water down, away from the body. Flexible edges absorb hits, while a close fit seals gaps so dirt cannot pack inside the arch.
What happens if it’s broken
Without it, the tire blasts grit onto paint and wiring. Expect faster corrosion at the arch, noisy spray, and a constantly dirty door and step. The inner liner may loosen, ABS/washer lines can get contaminated, and clips can rub the tire if they hang loose. Over time, repairs cost far more than replacement.
Tech notes & install tips
Direct-fit LH side. Test-fit before tightening. Clean the arch, apply rust protection, and use new clips if old ones are brittle. Do not overtighten—hand snug only. Turn the wheel lock-to-lock to confirm clearance.
