Left Roof Drip Moulding (LH) – OEM‑fit Water Channel Trim
Why this part is needed ️
This left-side roof drip moulding closes the roof gutter line and guides rainwater away from the door glass and A‑pillar. It keeps wind noise low, protects the roof seam from dirt and rust, and gives a clean factory finish. A fresh moulding restores proper sealing and appearance after aging, UV damage, or removal during body repair.
How it works
The trim is a shaped channel that runs along the roof edge. With precise clips and an adhesive base, it locks into the gutter, directing water toward the pillars so it flows off the body instead of into the upper door seal. Its tight contour also reduces airflow turbulence to cut whistles at speed.
What happens if it’s broken ❌
Cracks or gaps let water spill over the seal line, causing drip marks, louder wind noise, and possible corrosion on the roof seam. Missing clips can make the strip lift at highway speed, leading to rattles, paint wear, or complete detachment.
Fitment & install tips
Confirm left-hand side. Test-fit dry. Clean the channel, align from A‑pillar to rear, then press firmly clip by clip. Avoid sharp bends; warm the part in cold weather for flexibility. Replace damaged clips for a secure, factory-tight finish.
