This precision door stay keeps your front door moving smoothly and staying exactly where you set it. Why this part is needed

How it works
A hardened steel arm slides through a bracket with bushings and a spring-loaded detent cam. Grease on the track lowers friction. As you open the door, the arm clicks into preset stops, resisting further travel and preventing overextension. The assembly bolts between the door shell and A‑pillar.
