This OE-grade stabilizer mount keeps your Subaru flat, quiet, and predictable in corners. Why this part is needed
The sway bar links left and right suspension. The inner assembly centers the bar and lets it twist only as designed. That means safer lane changes, better stability on rough roads, and reduced tire scrub.
How it works
A steel bracket clamps a precision rubber bushing around the bar. The bushingโs durometer guides movement, absorbs vibration, and prevents metal-to-metal contact. Correct clamping keeps bar geometry true, so turn-in stays sharp.
What happens if it fails
Worn or torn bushings cause clunking over bumps, extra body lean, twitchy steering, and uneven tire wear. You may feel drift on highways, hear squeaks in rain, and stability control may intervene more often. Left unchecked, the bar can shift and damage links.
