This rear tailgate trim garnish is the finishing panel that sits on the outside of the tailgate, giving the back end a clean factory look while also helping protect the metal underneath. It’s needed because the tailgate area takes constant abuse from weather, washing chemicals, and vibration, especially around the handle and badge zone.
How It Works ?
The garnish mounts to the tailgate using factory clips and/or fasteners, locking into pre-set holes and alignment points. Once installed, it covers seams and mounting areas, reduces edge exposure, and helps keep light splashes and dust away from sensitive zones behind the trim.
