Front Door Check Strap (Door Limiter)
This front door limiter is a small but critical safety part that controls how far the door opens. It keeps the door stable in wind, on slopes, or when passengers push it wide. Good door control also protects the hinges and the A-pillar from repeated shock loads.
How it works
The strap links the door to the body and slides through stepped positions inside its housing. These “stops” hold the door at common opening angles, reducing sudden swing and helping the door stay where you leave it.
