Rear Left Stabilizer Link Assembly

This rear-left stabilizer link connects the anti-roll (sway) bar to the suspension arm. It is needed to keep the vehicle flat and stable in turns, lane changes, and on uneven roads. When you corner, the sway bar twists; this link transfers that twisting force into the suspension, reducing body roll and helping both rear wheels stay more equally loaded. βœ…

How it works βš™οΈ

Inside the link are ball-joint style pivots that allow suspension travel while still holding the sway bar firmly. As the suspension moves up and down, the joints articulate smoothly, preventing binding and keeping steering feel and rear-end control consistent.

Signs it’s worn or broken

A damaged link often causes clunking/knocking over bumps, loose handling, extra body lean, and uneven tire wear. If it breaks completely, the sway bar can’t do its job, so the vehicle may feel unstable in corners and emergency maneuvers, especially with a loaded cabin or on wet roads.
