Rear Upper Spring Pad (Isolator) for Hyundai/Kia Vans

Why you need it
Without a healthy pad, bumps feel harsher, cabin noise rises, and the spring can rub the perch. This component preserves comfort, reduces vibration, and extends the life of the spring and shock.
How it works
The isolator locks the spring in position, spreads load evenly, and absorbs micro-movements. Its molded lip prevents spring slip, while the resilient compound damps high-frequency noise. Result: quieter, smoother suspension.
What happens if it’s worn or broken ️
Expect clunks over bumps, squeaks, uneven tire wear, and a slight rear sag. The spring may rotate, chip paint, or seat off-center, risking spring damage and poor handling.
Tech notes
Replace in pairs. Inspect spring ends and lower pad. Torque with suspension loaded. No grease on rubber seating areas.
