    Rear Trailing Arm Assembly for Hyundai/Kia ️

    This rear suspension arm is a key link between the rear axle area and the vehicle body. It’s needed to keep the rear wheel correctly positioned during acceleration, braking, and cornering, so the car stays stable and tracks straight.

    How it works ⚙️

    The arm pivots through its bushings and holds the rear hub geometry in place. As the suspension moves up and down, it guides the wheel path and helps control toe changes, reducing unwanted rear-steer feeling. A solid arm also helps protect tires from uneven scrub and keeps alignment within spec.

    What happens if it’s worn or broken

    When the arm or its bushings fail, you may notice clunks over bumps, shaky handling, rear-end wandering, and fast inner/outer tire wear. In severe cases, alignment cannot be set correctly and braking stability can drop, especially on wet roads.
