RH Cab Mount Bracket No.2 for Toyota Body-On-Frame
Why you need it
This heavy-duty bracket secures the cab to the ladder frame on the right side. It supports the body mount bushing, holds ride height, and keeps door and fender gaps aligned. By anchoring the isolator, it cuts vibration and road shock, improving comfort and steering stability .
How it works
The bracket bolts to the frame rail and captures a rubber/urethane mount with a crush sleeve. As the chassis flexes, the isolator absorbs movement while the bracket spreads load into the frame. Correct geometry keeps the cab centered, reduces NVH, and protects nearby components. Anti-corrosion coating helps it survive tough climates ️.
When it’s damaged
Cracks, bends, or rust cause clunks on bumps, harsh vibration at idle, uneven panel gaps, cab lean, and faster bushing wear. Left alone, bolts can shear and the cab may touch the frame—risking paint rub and poor alignment ⚠️. Replace after impacts, heavy towing, off‑road use, or corrosion.
Install tips
Fits right-hand No.2 position. Use new hardware, torque to spec, tighten at ride height, and inspect the opposite side mount for symmetry.
