Front Control Arm Compliance Bushing – Smooth Steering, Quiet Ride
This front suspension bushing supports the lower control arm and filters road shock, keeping your Civic stable, aligned, and comfortable. It restores sharp steering response, reduces NVH, and protects nearby parts.
Why you need it
Under braking and cornering, the wheel tries to shift backward. This bushing holds caster and toe, controlling arm movement so the car tracks straight, turns predictably, and brakes without shimmy. It’s key for tire life and safety.
How it works
A vulcanized rubber core bonded to steel sleeves allows controlled flex. The arm pivots through small angles as the bushing twists, absorbing impacts and keeping suspension geometry correct. That means smoother ride and precise steering feel.
