Rear Sway Bar End Bracket — OE-Grade Stability

This bracket secures the rear anti-roll (sway) bar at its end and keeps the bar perfectly aligned with the suspension. It cradles the bushing and anchors the assembly to the chassis, so the vehicle corners flatter, tracks straight with a trailer, and stays composed on rough roads. Built for heavy-duty use, it resists flex and corrosion for long service life.

Why this part is needed ️

Without a strong mount, the sway bar cannot counter body roll effectively. This bracket locks the bar in place, ensuring crisp handling, predictable lane changes, and reduced side-to-side rocking—especially important for high-center-of-gravity SUVs.

How it works ⚙️

The bracket bolts to the frame/axle and clamps the rubber bushing around the bar end. As the vehicle leans, the bar twists and pushes through the bracketed bushing, transferring force to the chassis and keeping the rear level and planted.

What happens if it’s bad

  • Clunks or metallic knocks over bumps
  • Increased body roll and tail sway at speed
  • Poor towing stability and delayed steering response
  • Bar misalignment, bushing wear, or link damage

Pro install notes

  • Inspect/replace bushings and links together
  • Clean mounts, use anti-seize, torque to spec with suspension loaded
  • Re-check fasteners after initial drive

Compatibility

  • Land Cruiser
