Why this part matters
This front suspension mount sits on top of the MacPherson strut and ties the shock absorber to the body. It cushions impacts, holds alignment, and lets the strut rotate with the steering. A healthy mount cuts road noise, protects the shock, and keeps the front end stable and quiet .
How it works
The assembly combines a steel plate, a vulcanized rubber insulator, and an integrated bearing (on steering axles).
