Rear Coil Spring Seat Insulator for Toyota SUV

This rubber spring seat sits between the rear coil and the chassis, cushioning the suspension and keeping the spring centered. It trims noise, vibration, and harshness, so your big Toyota rides quiet and stable on-road and off-road .

Why this part is needed

Without a healthy insulator, metal-to-metal contact occurs. The pad isolates road shocks, protects the coil paint, and maintains correct ride height. It also prevents the spring from rotating or chewing into its perch during articulation .

How it works

The tough elastomer layer compresses under load, spreading forces evenly across the spring end. Grooves lock the coil tail in position, while the molded profile matches the perch. It fits both right and left rear sides for balanced NVH control.

What happens if it’s broken

Expect clunks on bumps, squeaks, rear-end shimmy, uneven tire wear, and sagging stance. Long term, the coil can scar the seat and rust may develop. Off-road, the spring can rotate and misalign, hurting traction.
