Front Brake Caliper Seal Kit for Mitsubishi 4x4 ️

Restore safe, sharp stopping with a premium brake caliper seal set designed for Mitsubishi pickups and SUVs. Fresh seals keep hydraulic pressure stable, protect the piston from dirt, and stop fluid leaks. Perfect for high-mileage vehicles, off‑road use, or after caliper service.

Why this part is needed

Brake fluid must stay sealed inside the caliper. Over time heat, moisture, and dust harden the rubber. Replacing the internal piston seal, dust boot, and guide pin sleeves brings back correct clamp force and smooth pad movement.

How it works

The square‑cut piston ring holds pressure from the master cylinder and retracts the piston slightly after braking. The outer boot keeps grit and water away. Guide pin boots and bushings keep the caliper sliding evenly, preventing uneven pad wear.

What happens if it’s bad ⚠️

Symptoms include soft pedal, fluid seepage, pulling to one side, uneven or rapid pad wear, brake fade, and rotor overheating. Ignoring it can cause seized pistons, damaged discs, and loss of braking power.

Tech notes ✅

Clean the bore, lightly lube with brake assembly grease, and use fresh DOT‑rated fluid. Always bleed the system and check slide pins.
