Left-hand knuckle arm for Toyota 4x4 front suspension

This precision-made component anchors the front wheel assembly, keeping camber and toe correct while you steer and brake. Built for heavy SUV duty, it holds the hub and bearing, links to the ball joints and tie rod, and keeps the wheel true in rough terrain. Perfect fit and geometry restore factory handling and tire life .

Why it’s needed

The knuckle arm is the rigid pivot of the front corner. It carries vehicle weight through the bearing, transfers steering input from the rack, and maintains alignment so the tire contacts the road evenly. Off-road loads and corrosion can wear or bend it over time.

How it works

Bolted between upper/lower ball joints and the strut, it supports the hub, brake caliper, and ties to the outer tie rod. When you turn the wheel, the arm rotates on the ball joints, changing the tire angle while holding the brake rotor and bearing in perfect plane .

What happens if it’s damaged

  • Pulling, shimmy, or off-center steering
  • Uneven or rapid tire wear
  • ABS sensor misread, brake rub, noisy bearing
  • Cracks or play can cause loss of control ⚠️

Tech notes

Replace in pairs when impact or rust is present. Use new cotter pins and hardware, torque to spec, then do a professional alignment. Inspect bearings, ball joints, tie rod end, and dust shields during install βœ….
