    Why you need it

    How it works ⚡

    Under the pad sits a sprung contact with a conductive dome. Pressing it closes a low‑amp ground path through the clockspring to the horn relay. The relay then powers the horn. The plastic carrier, copper pads, and return springs provide a clean tactile click and fast release.

    If it’s faulty

    Symptoms include no horn, intermittent chirps, stuck‑on horn, or random honks on turns due to shorts. Risks: failed safety checks and reduced ability to warn others.
