Why this part is needed

The upper arm maintains camber and caster within spec, holds the steering knuckle on the correct arc, and shares suspension load with the lower arm. Fresh bushings cut noise, while a tight ball joint improves tracking, braking stability, and corner grip.

How it works

The arm links the body to the knuckle via a sealed ball joint and two rubber bushings. As the wheel moves up and down, the joint pivots smoothly , guiding wheel path while bushings soak up harshness. Coated steel resists rust; precise geometry keeps alignment easy and straight.

What happens when it fails
