Front Left Steering Knuckle (Hub Carrier) ?

This left-hand steering knuckle is the solid link between the wheel hub, strut, lower control arm, and tie rod. It keeps your front suspension geometry true, holds the wheel bearing and brake caliper bracket, and provides a mount for the ABS sensor. Built to OE geometry for precise fit, it restores factory handling and braking on compact models.

Why you need it ?

After a curb hit, pothole strike, or collision, the knuckle can bend or crack. Even a small deviation throws off camber and toe, causing pull, shaky steering, and uneven tire wear. Replacing it brings back straight-line stability and smooth braking.

How it works ?

The knuckle pivots on the strut and ball joint while the tie rod turns it. The wheel bearing sits in its bore, keeping the hub square to the brakes. Correct angles ensure full tire contact, ABS accuracy, and quiet operation.

What happens if it’s broken ⚠️

Expect vibration, crooked steering wheel, rapid tire wear, ABS light, brake pad knock, and in severe cases, wheel misalignment that can lead to loss of control.

Replacement tips

  • Inspect bearing, ball joint stud, and tie rod tapers; replace worn parts.
  • Torque fasteners to spec; finish with a professional wheel alignment.
  • Clean ABS tone ring and sensor mount for fault-free braking.
