High-Pressure Fuel/Rail Sensor for Hybrid & Modern Injection Systems β›½βš™οΈ

This sensor is a key safety and control part in vehicles that use high-pressure fuel delivery. It measures real-time pressure in the fuel rail/pump circuit and sends a precise signal to the ECU. The ECU then adjusts pump output and injection timing to keep pressure stable during start-up, cruising, and hard acceleration.

Why this part is needed βœ…

Correct pressure feedback prevents lean/rich running, protects injectors, and keeps emissions under control. It also helps the system react instantly to load changes, especially important on hybrid powertrains with frequent stop/start events.

How it works ?

Inside, a pressure-sensitive element converts pressure into an electrical signal (voltage). The ECU compares this reading to target pressure and commands the pump/regulator to increase or decrease pressure smoothly.
