This precision hydraulic valve steers ATF pressure so your automatic gearbox selects the right gear at the right time. Why you need it

It meters pressure for upshift, downshift, and lockup circuits. When worn, sticking, or weak, the control unit can’t modulate clutches smoothly. Fresh solenoid brings back factory timing, reduces heat, and protects internal friction packs.

How it works

An energized coil moves a plunger to switch three oil paths. The body directs fluid through ports to selected clutches/brakes. Correct electrical resistance keeps the ECU satisfied; precise spool clearances keep flow stable under load.
