Built with a precision valve, durable housing, and fresh seal, it restores factory cooling performance. ❄️?

    Why you need it

    Engines deliver best efficiency only when hot enough. This part shortens warm-up, stabilizes operating heat, improves fuel use, reduces emissions, and protects the head gasket, water pump, and oil from thermal stress.

    How it works

    Inside is a wax-charge pellet that expands with heat. Below spec temp it closes the radiator path and keeps flow in the bypass loop for quick warm-up. Near 88–92°C it opens the main valve, sending coolant through the radiator. The calibrated spring and seat ensure smooth, accurate regulation.

    What if it fails

    Stuck open: slow warm-up, poor MPG, weak cabin heat, rich mixture, code P0128. Stuck closed: rapid overheating, boiling coolant, pinging, A/C cut, limp mode, possible head-gasket damage. Leaks from the housing or seal cause coolant loss and hot spots. ⚠️

    Tech tips

    Install with a new gasket, clean mating faces, torque evenly, refill with correct premix, and bleed air. After fitting, verify fan operation and that the upper hose warms gradually. ✅
