Coolant Inlet Pipe and O‑Ring Assembly

This OEM‑grade coolant inlet pipe with sealing O‑ring routes engine coolant from the radiator into the block and keeps the joint leak‑free. Built for Hyundai/Kia fitment, it uses corrosion‑resistant metal and a heat‑rated elastomer seal for long life.

Why this part is needed ️

Correct coolant flow and a tight seal are critical to stabilize engine temperature. A worn pipe or flattened O‑ring lets air in and coolant out, causing hot spots, poor heater performance, and risk of overheating.

How it works

The pipe provides a rigid passage for coolant on the inlet side. The O‑ring sits in a machined groove, compressing on assembly to create a pressure‑proof, vibration‑tolerant seal between pipe and housing.
