Auxiliary Belt Idler Pulley for Hyundai & Kia
This idler pulley is a small but critical guide wheel in the accessory belt system. It is needed to keep the drive belt routed correctly and holding the right tension while the engine runs. When the belt stays stable, your alternator, A/C compressor, and other belt-driven units can work smoothly ?
How It Works
The pulley spins on a sealed bearing and provides a smooth contact surface for the belt. It helps control belt angle, reduces vibration, and prevents belt “flap” during acceleration, idle, and A/C load changes. A quality bearing and true pulley face mean quieter running and longer belt life.
Symptoms of a Worn or Broken Pulley
