Engine Oil Pressure Sender – OEM-Grade Protection ️️

Keep your Nissan/Infiniti powertrain safe with a precise oil pressure sensor. It constantly reports lubrication force to the ECU, so the engine can protect bearings, turbo (where fitted), and variable valve timing. Accurate pressure data means stable idle, smooth cruising, and longer engine life.

Why this part is needed βœ…

Without correct pressure feedback, the control unit can’t warn you of low oil pressure or adjust strategies during start-up, hot running, or hybrid transitions. This helps prevent metal-to-metal contact and costly repairs.

How it works βš™οΈ

A sealed diaphragm and sensing chip convert hydraulic pressure to a voltage signal (about 0.5–4.5 V). Threaded into the oil gallery with a heat‑resistant seal, it sends real-time data to the ECU, which drives the dash lamp and gauges.

What happens if it’s broken ⚠️

Oil light flicker, erratic gauge, DTCs like P0520–P0523, rough running, limp mode, and higher fuel use. If pressure is truly low and the warning is missed, bearing damage or timing issues may follow. Cracked bodies can leak oil.
