Diesel Injector Leak‑Off Pipe (No.2)

Keep your diesel running clean and steady with this OE‑style injector return line. It channels excess fuel from the injector back to the return rail, stabilizing system pressure and protecting the pump and nozzles. Built from fuel‑resistant hose with molded quick connectors and tight O‑ring seats, it handles heat, vibration, and long mileage with confidence. ⛽

Why this part is needed

Modern common‑rail systems need controlled leak‑off to maintain correct rail pressure for smooth idle, easy starts, and efficient combustion. A healthy return line reduces fuel smell, prevents engine bay mess, and helps injectors last longer.

How it works

Each injector bleeds a measured amount of diesel. This line (position No.2) gathers that fuel and routes it to the return gallery, keeping pressure balance the ECU expects. The sealed connectors stop air ingress and keep the loop air‑free for precise metering.

What happens if it fails

Expect hard starts, rough idle, loss of power, diesel odor, wet injectors, and possible rail pressure faults (low pressure under load). Air entering the line can cause misfire and stalling. Leaks risk damage to hoses and a fire hazard near hot parts. Fix promptly. ⚠️
