Secondary Fuel Injection Pipe for Toyota Diesel Systems 🔧

Why you need it

This high-pressure tube feeds precise fuel from the common rail to the injector. A correctly sized line keeps pressure stable, gives clean combustion, strong pull, smooth idle, and better economy. It also prevents mist leaks that can damage nearby parts. ⛽

How it works

Built from heat-treated steel with anti-corrosion coating, the pipe links rail to injector via cone-seat flare nuts. It carries 1,500–2,500 bar, resists vibration, and keeps pulse timing accurate thanks to calibrated length and bends. Proper sealing stops micro-aeration and maintains ECU control. 🚙

What happens if it’s broken

Cracks or loose flares cause diesel smell, wetness, hard starting, rough idle, black smoke, and low rail pressure codes. Power drops, economy worsens, and injectors can overheat. Severe leaks may spray fuel on hot parts—serious fire risk and DPF damage. Replace at once. ⚠️

Tech notes

  • OE-spec geometry for exact fit and sealing
  • Install clean; never bend or reuse damaged lines
  • Torque to spec and renew clamps/seals
  • Prime system and recheck for seepage after start
