Why you need it 🔧
Without a healthy injection pipe, the system can’t hold commanded pressure. That means poor atomization, higher consumption, and more soot. Replacing a fatigued line restores correct pressure wave and injector delivery.
How it works ⛽
Fuel travels through this rigid tube at very high pressure (hundreds to over a thousand bar). The exact internal diameter and length are tuned to damp pressure spikes and sync injection timing. Clamps stop vibration and prevent metal fatigue.
