Hydraulic Clutch Master Cylinder for Mitsubishi Pickups ?
This OE-style hydraulic clutch master restores precise pedal feel and clean gear changes. A coated alloy body, precision-ground bore, and heat‑resistant seals deliver stable pressure and long life, even in tough work or off‑road use. Smooth, consistent release reduces driveline shock and protects your transmission.
Why you need it
Worn internals or leaking seals cause low pedal, grinding shifts, and clutch drag. Replacing the master cylinder brings back full hydraulic force, easier engagement, and reliable starts on hills. It’s a must-fix if you notice fluid loss or spongy response.
How it works ?
Pressing the pedal drives a piston that pressurizes hydraulic fluid to the slave cylinder. The slave moves the release fork, lifting the pressure plate so gears can change. An internal spring returns the piston; tight clearances and proper bleeding keep the pedal crisp.
What happens if it breaks ⚠️
Spongy or sinking pedal, clutch slip or drag, hard/no shifting, damp firewall, low reservoir, and accelerated wear of disc and synchros. Ignoring it risks gearbox damage.
Pro install tip
Bench‑bleed first, use fresh DOT 3/4, inspect hose and slave, torque lines correctly, and set pedal free play to spec.
