This fuel filter cap with primer keeps your Toyota Land Cruiser’s diesel system tight and clean. It seals the filter housing, supports the hand primer, and maintains correct suction to the injection pump. A healthy cap prevents air leaks, protects injectors, and stabilizes idle and power. ⛽️
Why you need it
Over time the cap body, check valves, or O-ring harden and crack. That lets air in, fuel out, and dirt around the seal. Replacing it restores prime, prevents drain-back, and extends injector and pump life.
How it works
The cap threads to the filter head and compresses an O-ring to seal. The integrated hand primer draws fuel from the tank, pushing it through the filter to the pump. Internal one-way valves keep the line full after shutdown and purge air during service.
