Engine Oil Cooler Assembly for Nissan 4x4 ⚙️

Keep your engine safe on trails and hot highways. This compact heat exchanger drops oil temperature, steadies pressure, and extends bearing and turbo life. Direct fit to factory lines and brackets for quick, clean service.

Why you need it ❄️

Heavy use heats oil fast. Thin, hot oil loses film strength and cooks seals. A good cooler keeps temperature in the safe zone, giving stronger protection, steadier power, and longer service life—especially when towing or off‑road.

How it works

A stack‑plate core routes hot oil through narrow passages while engine coolant flows the other way. Heat moves from oil to coolant, then to the radiator. A small bypass prevents cold‑start starvation; molded O‑rings seal the housing. The result is stable viscosity, clean lubrication, and reliable pressure under load.

If the unit fails ⚠️

Watch for rising oil temp, low pressure at idle, burnt smell, leaks, or milky sludge from oil–coolant mixing. Ignored, bearings score, turbo suffers, gaskets harden, and the engine may seize. External leaks risk rapid oil loss—stop and repair at once.

Install tips ️

Flush coolant, fit new seals, torque to spec, prefill with clean oil, and bleed air. Recheck clamps and hoses, then monitor pressure and leaks after the first drive. Use quality coolant and oil to protect the core.
