Information

Right Front Upper Control Arm for Subaru Suspension ️

Why you need it

This right-hand upper arm keeps your wheel at the correct camber and caster, holds the tire flat on the road, and delivers precise steering feel. It links the chassis to the steering knuckle, controls wheel travel, and reduces vibration. A healthy arm protects tires, brakes, and bearings, and keeps alignment true for safe, quiet driving .

How it works

The arm pivots on durable rubber bushings at the subframe and a tight ball joint at the knuckle. Bushings isolate noise while allowing controlled movement; the ball joint lets the wheel steer and move up and down. Correct geometry locks in factory alignment, improves cornering grip, and stabilizes the chassis under braking. Strong steel construction with anti-corrosion finish ensures long service.

When it fails

Worn bushings or a loose ball joint cause clunks over bumps, steering wander, uneven tire wear, vibration, and pulling under braking. Alignment may no longer be adjustable within spec. Ignoring it can lead to rapid tire damage and poor handling ⚠️. Replace promptly and perform a full wheel alignment.
