Distributor Rotor Assembly for Reliable Spark Delivery ⚑

This ignition rotor is a key wear item inside the distributor. It is needed to route high voltage from the ignition coil to each cylinder in the correct firing order, helping your engine start fast, idle smooth, and pull clean under load.

How It Works ?

As the distributor shaft spins, the rotor tip passes close to each cap terminal. The voltage β€œjumps” the small air gap and travels through the spark plug wire to the plug. A good rotor keeps this transfer stable, limits electrical noise, and prevents spark scatter at higher RPM.

Why Replacement Matters βœ…

Over time, heat and arcing can burn the tip, crack the insulation, or create carbon tracking. When that happens, spark energy leaks to ground or fires the wrong terminal.

Symptoms of a Faulty Rotor ?
