Engine Air Cleaner Element for Toyota Vans

This OEM-fit intake filter keeps your engine breathing clean, protecting cylinders, turbo, and sensors from dust and sand. Its tight seal and high-capacity media deliver steady airflow for smooth power, better fuel economy, and longer engine life.

Why you need it ✅

Engines consume huge volumes of air. Unfiltered air carries grit that wears rings and bearings, upsets the fuel mix, and increases consumption. A fresh filter maintains reliable starts and clean combustion.

How it works ⚙️

A pleated cellulose/synthetic media traps fine particles while allowing high flow. A rigid frame and perimeter gasket lock into the airbox so all intake air passes the media before the MAF/throttle. Support mesh prevents collapse under load.

If it’s clogged or damaged ⚠️

Expect weak acceleration, rough idle, higher fuel use, black smoke, MAF fouling, turbo wear, and possible check engine light. A torn seal lets dust scar cylinders and overload the DPF on diesels.

Service tips

Replace every 10–15k km (sooner in dust). Install dry; clean the airbox, seat the gasket evenly, and follow airflow arrows. Don’t blow with high-pressure air—this can tear the media.
