Fuel Return Pipe Assembly for Subaru — stable pressure, safe drive ⛽🛡️

This precision fuel return line keeps your Subaru’s EFI system balanced by sending excess fuel from the rail back to the tank. Built for OEM-grade fit and chemical resistance, it maintains correct pressure, reduces heat in the rail, and prevents fuel odors. Molded routing and corrosion‑resistant construction ensure long service in daily use and spirited driving.

Why you need it

Correct fuel pressure protects injectors and pump, improves throttle response, and keeps emissions in check. A fresh return pipe restores factory stability, especially on vehicles exposed to ethanol fuels, road salt, or heat cycles.

How it works

After the regulator sets target pressure, surplus fuel flows through this pipe back to the tank. The line dampens pulses, avoids vapor lock, and keeps the rail supplied with cool fuel. Quick-connect ends and molded bends lock into OEM clips for leak‑free sealing.

What happens if it fails

Cracks or hardening cause fuel smell, wet spots, hard starting, rough idle, loss of power, or surging. Pressure can swing rich/lean, raising emissions and risking catalyst damage. Severe leaks are a fire hazard—repair immediately.

Tech notes 🔧

Always replace seals/clips, route away from heat, and check for chafe points. After install, prime the system and inspect for seepage at all joints.
