PCV Valve Assembly – Clean Breathing, Stable Idle
This crankcase ventilation valve keeps your engine breathing right. It routes blow‑by vapors from the crankcase back into the intake to be burned, cutting sludge, oil dilution, and emissions. Expect smoother idle, better fuel economy, and longer oil life ✅.
Why you need it
Modern engines build pressure and moisture inside the crankcase. A quality PCV valve assembly controls that pressure, protects seals, and keeps carbon from forming. It’s a small part that prevents big repairs.
How it works
A spring‑loaded, one‑way metering valve uses engine vacuum to draw vapors out of the crankcase. At idle it allows a small, controlled flow; under load it opens more. In a backfire it snaps shut to protect the engine and intake system.
What happens if it’s bad ⚠️
