This compact rubber-and-sleeve cushion sits between the radiator and the core support. It isolates the radiator from chassis shocks and engine vibes, keeping the core aligned, leak-free, and quiet. Why you need it
The radiator is light, thin, and soldered. Without a proper cushion, bumps transfer straight into tanks, brackets, and hoses. The insulator spreads loads, cuts NVH, and centers the fan shroud for steady airflow. Better isolation means longer radiator life, fewer rattles, and stable temperatures. ❄️
How it works
