This molded coolant tube links the radiator to the engine housing and controls the return flow of coolant. It stabilizes temperature under load, towing, and off‑road use. Why you need it
Old hoses harden, swell, or glaze inside, cutting flow and creating hot spots. A fresh pipe restores steady circulation, faster warm‑up, stable idle, and protects the head gasket, thermostat, and water pump. It keeps system pressure correct so the cap and fan strategy work as designed.
How it works
The water pump pushes coolant through the radiator core to drop heat. This connector guides the cooled fluid back into the engine. Formed bends clear the fan shroud and pulleys. Beaded ends lock clamps; the inner liner resists electrolysis. Rated for 120–130°C and normal cooling system pressures.
