Engine Intake Air Duct for Nissan Crossovers

How it works ️
Air passes the filter, through this duct, then across the MAF and into the intake manifold. The duct’s shape stabilizes velocity, while joints and clamps prevent leaks. Resonator sections reduce drone at cruise.
What happens if it’s damaged ️
Cracks or loose couplers cause unmetered air, rough idle, flat acceleration, higher fuel use, whistle noises, and possible check engine lights (MAF/lean codes). Dust can bypass the filter, risking throttle and cylinder wear.
