Coolant Reservoir Cap – Keep Your Engine Cool and Safe ️
This pressure cap seals the expansion (overflow) tank and stabilizes the cooling system. It keeps coolant under the right pressure so the engine runs at proper temperature, prevents boil‑over, and stops air and dirt from entering. Perfect OE-style fit and sealing for long service life.
Why you need it
A sealed system raises the boiling point of coolant and manages thermal expansion. The cap holds pressure, routes excess to the tank when hot, and helps draw coolant back as the engine cools. Without it, efficiency and reliability drop fast.
How it works
Inside is a spring‑loaded relief valve and a vacuum valve. When heat increases, the main valve opens at a set pressure to protect hoses and radiator. When cooling down, the vacuum valve opens to pull coolant back from the reservoir. A molded gasket provides an airtight, leak‑free seal.
What happens if it breaks ⚠️
