    Engine Cooling Fluid Coupling (Viscous Fan Clutch)

    This OEM-grade viscous fan device controls the radiator fan speed so the engine stays in the safe temperature zone. It delivers strong airflow when hot and freewheels when cool, cutting noise and saving fuel. Designed for heavy-duty bus duty, it handles heat, dust, and long idling without complaint.

    Why you need it ️

    Stable coolant temperature protects the head gasket, turbo, and catalytic parts. Proper fan control gives faster warm-up, better A/C at idle, and reliable towing performance. It is a smart replacement when the fan runs wrong or the engine creeps hot in traffic.

    How it works ️

    Inside is silicone fluid and a thermostatic bimetal spring. Hot air from the radiator bends the spring, opening a valve. The fluid shear increases, the fan couples to the pulley, and airflow rises. When cooler, the valve closes, slip grows, and the fan spins lighter for quiet, efficient cruising.

    What happens if it fails ⚠️

    • Overheating at idle or uphill
