Accelerator Pedal Assembly for Mitsubishi Vehicles ⚑

Restore crisp throttle control with this OEM‑spec electronic accelerator pedal replacement. Designed for modern drive‑by‑wire systems, it delivers smooth take‑off, consistent power, and reliable feedback to the engine ECU for clean emissions and safe operation.

Why it’s needed ?

The pedal converts foot pressure into precise electrical signals. A healthy unit improves acceleration feel, fuel efficiency, traction control behavior, and cruise function. It’s essential for stable idle and predictable response in city and highway driving.

How it works ?️

Inside the module are dual Hall‑effect position sensors and a calibrated return spring. As you press the arm, two redundant voltage tracks travel through the harness to the ECU, which commands the throttle body. This dual‑channel design ensures accuracy, redundancy, and safety across the full pedal range.

If it’s faulty ⚠️

Symptoms include delayed or weak throttle, sudden limp mode, rough idle, higher fuel use, or a Check Engine light with TPS/P2122–P2138 codes. Cruise may stop working. In severe cases, the vehicle idles only with no acceleration response.

Fit & install tips ?

Direct bolt‑on, plug‑and‑play connector. Disconnect battery, swap unit, verify floor mats don’t contact the arm, then allow the ECU to relearn after a short drive.
