Exhaust Pipe Seal Ring (Gasket) ?
This seal ring sits at the exhaust pipe joint and creates a gas-tight connection between two exhaust sections. It is needed to stop hot exhaust leaks, keep the system quiet, and help the engine run with correct backpressure. How It Works
The ring is squeezed (compressed) between flanges or a slip joint when the bolts/clamp are tightened. Under heat, it must hold its shape while absorbing vibration and small movement from the exhaust. What Happens If It’s Worn or Broken
