This OEM-grade mass airflow unit measures the air your engine breathes and tells the ECU exactly how much fuel to inject. It keeps starts clean, idle smooth, power strong, and emissions low .

How it works
Inside is a hot-film element. As intake air passes, it cools the film. The sensor adjusts current to keep temperature stable and sends a precise voltage signal to the ECU (typically 0–5 V). The ECU uses this to set injection, ignition, and boost maps for smooth performance ️.
What happens if it fails
Expect hard starts, rough idle, flat spots, high fuel use, black exhaust, and a Check Engine light (codes like P0100–P0104). The car may enter limp mode and damage the catalytic converter if ignored ⚠️.
