Air Cleaner Intake Duct — Genuine-Spec Replacement ?
Keep your Mitsubishi workhorse breathing right. This air intake duct guides cool, clean air from the grille area straight to the air filter box. Correct ducting protects the engine from dust, balances airflow, and keeps intake noise low. It is built from heat- and oil-resistant plastic with tight seal lips to prevent leaks under vibration and off‑road use.
Why this part is needed ?️
Stable, sealed airflow lets the MAF sensor read accurately, supports turbo response, and preserves fuel economy. A proper duct also shields the filter from splash and hot under‑hood air, extending filter life.
How it works
The molded tube links the front inlet to the air box, smoothing turbulence with a contoured interior. It mates to factory clips and grommets, maintaining a closed path so only filtered air enters the engine.
