How it works ⚙️
A hardened roller tracks the cam lobe while the arm pivots on a low-friction fulcrum. The opposite tip presses the valve stem (or lash cap) via a hydraulic or mechanical lash setup. Internal oil passages feed the pivot and roller, cutting heat and wear. Accurate geometry keeps valve clearance stable across RPM for smooth operation.
