Why it’s needed ️

How it works
Driven by camshaft and rocker action, the head lifts off the 45° seat on the exhaust stroke. The stem runs in a guide for alignment, transfers heat to the head, and returns via the spring. Proper face width and stem finish reduce wear, sticking, and blow‑by.
