    Premium Engine Piston Kit with Wrist Pin

    This high-precision piston assembly restores factory compression and clean power in Toyota engines. Made from heat-treated alloy with tight skirt clearances, it resists scuffing, blow‑by, and oil burn, delivering long life and quiet operation.

    Why this part is needed

    After many miles, the crown, ring grooves, and pin bore wear from heat and detonation. Installing a fresh piston with a matched floating pin brings back cylinder sealing, stabilizes idle, cuts oil consumption, and improves cold starts and towing performance.

    How it works

    The piston travels in the cylinder, sealing combustion with its ring pack while the wrist pin links it to the connecting rod. Each power stroke converts pressure into crank rotation. Moly ring faces and skirt coating reduce friction, noise, and heat.

    What happens if it’s damaged ⚠️

    Symptoms include low compression, blue smoke, loss of power, piston slap, heavy oil use, misfire, and metal in the oil. Ignored failure can score the bore, crack the crown, bend a rod, or seize the engine. Always hone the cylinder, fit new rings and circlips, verify ring end gap and pin fit, and torque to spec.
